The goal of Tree House Pilates is to give the individual the physical tools needed to lead a healthier life – both physically and emotionally. Exercise is critical for stimulating proper physical and hormonal response necessary for building muscle, bone, burning fat. allowing you to sleep, keeping you young, and giving you energy.

From post-rehabilitation clients to elite athletes, you will find a customized program that is suitable for you in a group Pilates reformer class or a private session on a variety of Pilates equipment.
All classes provide a balance of movements, designed to strengthen the core muscles, allowing the posture to improve and functional mobility.
