Tennille Fodor-Fisher | Instructor
Tennille’s pilates practice began over 10 years ago as part of a personal post-rehab/exercise and stress management routine. In 2012, Tennille and her family moved from Canada to Texas allowing her the opportunity to focus on family and ability to pursue instructor education.
“I see the benefits of pilates everyday regardless of a client’s age or ability. I’m excited to help improve your overall health and wellness, whether you practice for sport-specific training, rehabilitation, or as part of your weekly exercise routine.”
