Newcomers to Fitness and Pilates
Be sure to make your efforts count. The Newcomers’ Package includes a fitness interview, discussion of injury history, postural analysis and orientation on the equipment. Focus is on incorporating the Five Basic Principles to every exercise to ensure successful results.
The package of 3-private sessions will prepare you to achieve optimal results and the ability to join group sessions if desired.
A one-on-one session or Private is perfect for someone new to fitness/Pilates or recovering from an injury. It provides individualized attention to help you attain the knowledge of alignment, quality of movement and a comfort level on a variety of Pilates equipment.
A Private session is also appropriate for someone recovering from an inury, requiring a safe environment with qualified supervision.
Healthy clients choosing private sessions benefit from customized training to improve technique and precision in their workouts.
Duets consist of a dynamic workout for two people. It offers more individualized attention and supervision than a group session and it’s more affordable than a private session.
It is not necessary to find a partner, let us know and we’ll help out.
Group Equipment Classes (Reformer, Chair, Tower, Jumpboard)
Sessions are designed for healthy individuals that have experience on the Pilates reformers.
You are comfortable with alignment, Pilates vocabulary and cueing to guide you through a 55-minute workout with other people.
Mat Pilates (non-equipment) Classes
Mat and Pilates Props: foam roller, fitness circle, flex band
45-minutes of dynamic exercise appropriate for all ages and skill level. A great way to initiate your fitness journey or compliment cross-training to your program. Be prepared to improve your core strength!
Everything is provided, just show up with an eager attitude!
Group Fit Circuit Class
A heart-pumpin' 45-minute class that utilizes resistance through body weight, hand weights, kettlebells, and more! This class is interval based, perfect for weight loss and toning! If you are already doing pilates this is the perfect compliment to the strength foundation being built on the reformer. This class is constantly changing and never boring. All skill levels are welcome as every exercise can be modified and scaled to skill and strength level.
This is a fast paced class where the poses (asanas) will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Be prepared to sweat, strengthen, stretch and flow to an energetic soundtrack.
Hatha is currently the most popular form of yoga practiced in the US. This class is a structured balance of postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Poses are held longer than in a vinyasa class.
Zen-ga Flow on the Mat with props or Reformer:
The mindful workout combines movements from Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, developing more ease and proficiency in our day to day activities and sports. Exercises stimulate and hydrate the connective tissue to unlease a youthful, resilient fluid body.
